Great News! DCDA Won SBID International Design Award! On the night of October 23rd, 2020 Beijing Time, SBID International Design Awards, the most prestigious design awards, unveiled its 2020 winner list. DCDA’s design entry of “Tianyu Villa The Crown Avenue” was included in the “Show Flats & Developments Finalist” category.

Since 2016, DCDA has won four SBID International Design Awards. The SBID International Design Awards 2020 Ceremony was due to kick off at one of London’s most iconic locations, the Ballroom at Grosvenor House hotel in Mayfair. Unfortunately, this year’s SBID Awards ceremony was cancelled to ensure the health and safety of the design community during this pandemic. Instead, the 2020 SBID Awards Winners were announced online at 4pm on October 23, 2020.
此次大奖的获得是DCDA戴维国际设计自2016年之后第四次获得此项荣誉。今年的SBID颁奖典礼原计划在伦敦最具标志性的地点之一，位于梅菲尔格罗夫纳大厦酒店的宴会厅举行。但因为全球疫情的影响，为了确保这段时间设计界的健康和安全，2020年度SBID颁奖典礼已经取消，大奖得主于2020年10月23日下午4时在线宣布。
As one of the most renowned and outstanding international interior design awards, SBID International Design Awards have been successfully hosted for a decade. The 2020 SBID International Design Awards remained a fierce design contest for best of the best. Distinguished design firms from nearly 50 countries and regions around the world, including China, UK, the U.S., Egypt, Switzerland, Ukraine, Spain, Malaysia, Russia, Japan, Dubai, etc. assigned their talented designers to take part in this design contest composed of 17 categories. The contest finalists are representations of who’s who in the global creative design industry.
作为全球室内设计最负盛名和最卓越的奖项之一，SBID国际设计大奖已成功举办十年，今年的竞争者阵容依然强大，参赛者包括中国、英国、美国、埃及、瑞士、乌克兰、西班牙、马来西亚、俄罗斯、日本、迪拜等国家和地区的著名设计公司，参赛设计人才来自全球近50个国家和地区，所有17个类别的入围者真实反映了全球创意设计行业的格局。
The numbers of entries relieved by the contest hits a record high every year. A strict 3-tier judging process (Technical Panel, Public Vote and Judging Panel) for the Awards ensures that all entries are carefully scrutinized for their technical standards as well as their creative calibre.
大赛每年都会收到创纪录的参赛作品，所有类别均由技术小组、公众投票和行业领先专家小组进行评估，他们将寻找富有技术含量和具有美学创造力的杰出实例。
The Judging Panel for the 2020 Awards consists of highly respected, expert industry figures from some of the world’s most innovative and exciting companies (including directors and CEOs from Nike, MAC Cosmetics, Universal Studios, Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and Foundation, Burberry, Bentley, BBC, etc.). Public voting, a total of 225,000 public votes, a remarkable figure, also count in the final result. The three-tier voting process ensures that all projects are rigorously and fairly assessed for quality, making SBID Awards one of the most valuable product and interior design awards in the world.
今年评委专家组成员由全球最具创造力的公司负责人以及备受推崇的行业级专家组成（包括来自耐克NIKE、MAC Cosmetics、环球影城、所罗门·R·古根海姆博物馆和基金会、巴宝莉Burberry 、宾利汽车BENTLEY、英国广播公司BBC等全球知名机构的董事和首席执行官），更是收到惊人的225,000张公众投票，以上这些可以保证大赛对所有参赛项目进行严格且公正的质量评估，也使得该奖项为成为全球设计界最具价值的产品和室内设计奖项之一。
